The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without having to provide explanations, subject to compliance with the procedures indicated below.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an e-mail to info@nativsrl.com, inserting in the subject “request made” and in the text of the e-mail must write: name or full company name of P.Iva or tax code, name, surname, order number and follow the instructions you will receive to your email address. The withdrawal request must be sent within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products.
- The return must be made by the customer, by sending the products object of the withdrawal, by courier of their choice. The products must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date to:

For the purpose of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must comply with the following conditions and methods:
- The withdrawal may also apply to individual products forming the subject of a single purchase contract, provided that the withdrawal applies to the product in its entirety and that is, the customer can not exercise the withdrawal limited to a part of the product purchased;
- The products forming the subject of Purchase Contracts in relation to which the Consumer Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal must be complete and will be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any ancillary documentation );
- In compliance with the instructions received from Società Agricola NATIV s.r.l, the Customer will provide, at its exclusive charge and care, the shipment and return of the products to Società Agricola NATIV s.r.l,
- If the returned product is damaged during transport, Società Agricola NATIV srl will only be held to give notice to the Customer of the incident in order to allow him to promptly report to the courier chosen by him, against whom (and / or relative insurance company) to retaliate;
- Società Agricola NATIV s.r.l, not responsible in any way for damage or theft or loss of products subject to surrender; any related risk therefore remains the sole responsibility of the Customer.
- Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, Società Agricola NATIV s.r.l, will reimburse the customer for the full amount paid for the products referred to in the purchase contract subject to withdrawal, within 30 days from the return of the products. Reimbursement will be made by transferring the amount charged to the credit card indicated by the customer or by bank transfer, in accordance with the related instructions and bank details that will be indicated by the same customer.
In any case of failure to comply with the conditions and procedures for the exercise of the withdrawal, as well as in case of damage to products for reasons other than transport, the purchase contract will remain valid and effective and Società Agricola NATIV s.r.l, or will return to the customer sender the wrongly returned products, charging the same shipping costs to the same.
