From aglianico nero grapes in purity, from volcanic soils beetween valle del ceraso and fontana marena, in the countryside of paternopoli, from an unusual november harvest. It macerates and ferments with its own yeasts, then in the aged french oak wood for a year and a half, six months in bottle.
